I come to Hernando twice a year and Brick Oven is my go to . My top picks are the Razorback Pizza (from Arkansas ) and the Pulled Pork Quesadilla ( south meets deep south) . With each bite you get a taste of pulled pork ,carmalized onions , bbq sauce , jalapenos and a little cheese ( just enough to hold it together .) YUM !!!! The Razorback Pizza is so delicious . I pigged out on it . Actually I snorted it The staff is always so nice to me and even if they are busy it’s not a long wait . 10/10

Greta little pizza joint, super friendly staff. All around good deal with fair pricing. Could definitely grow into a bigger location.
